Buying tickets online for Bolton - "interactive seating map" - anyone else having problems?
So when I bought cup tickets for matches last season in different location to my ST seats I used the "interactive seating map" function on the ticketing website.

Now when I try to use it, it says "this does not function on this device, try another device". I have tried three devices on different operating systems. None work.

Does anyone else have this problem?

I did email the Ticket Office last week to ask what the problem was, I received no response.

Might be something to do with Flash. In the most recent updates to many of the browsers, Flash has been disabled by default, so you have to re-enable it. Edge has been a problem since the latest update to Windows 10.

I get the same message using chrome on my work PC but if I use IE on the same computer it's fine. Probably something to do with the browser and/or flash or another add on.

Thank you Gank. This site would not be the same without you.

It would be better.

I have had this problem - use a different browser.

i.e Safari and Firefox didn't show the map but using Google Chrome or Opera, I think it was fine.

Yes, all my computers, mobile and kindle fire say the same.

Why did you open with the word 'so'? That was entirely unnecessary and makes you look a dimwit.
